His current research interests are in airline Revenue Management optimization models, airline Revenue Management O&D network simulation, and airline Scheduling models. He also serves as the technical chair of AGIFORS Revenue Management Study Group since 2004. He received his MS and PhD degrees in Operations Research from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |

Since 2006, she has been responsible for implementing INFARE competitor fare availability data by over 100 airlines. Prior joining INFARE, she was with IATA in Geneva as Assistant Director Interline & Revenue Management Solutions. She was involved in Flex Fares project, where face-to-face airline meetings have been replaced by an e-tariffs online voting platform and Flex fares are produced by a mechanism to address competition concerns while maintaining the benefits of interlining for consumers.
She started her airline career by Austrian Airlines, and held various roles in Ground Handling, Marketing & Advertising and Pricing Departments in Istanbul, New York and Vienna.
She is a frequent speaker at AGIFORS Revenue Management Study Group.

Raja was part of the team that implemented the world’s first ever air cargo capacity forecasting and overbooking system at a major airline in 1992 and the first O&D based cargo allotment system at large international airline in 1996. He also led the design and development of the first air cargo pricing decision support system in 2012 and the first cruise ferry freight RM system in 2014. |
